Company retreat in the Paris region

Just a few kilometres to the south of Paris in a calm and green environment, the Espace Léonard de Vinci offers you the ideal conditions for organising your study day, company retreat, conference, incentive or team-building day. Each room is modular and can be set up according to your request. The hotel also offers you a complete range of services, including accommodation (73 extra comfortable rooms), numerous types of dining, leisure equipment, squash/tennis courts, outdoor summer pool, plus a spa with indoor pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness suite.

Meeting rooms

For your company retreats and other professional events in the Paris region, the Espace Léonard de Vinci has 11 modular rooms lit by daylight that can host between 10 and 200 people.

Presentation of the areas

As they are entirely modular, the rooms can be set up according to your request, such as in meeting, conference, U-shaped, class or cocktail layouts. The smallest room (Naples) offers a surface area of 20 m², while the largest (Rome and Murano) are 90 m². Some rooms can be combined to meet your needs. Therefore, the largest combination (Rome, Milan and Florence for a surface area of 170 m² can host up to 170 people in conference layout and 200 people in cocktail layout.

Work and play

During your breaks and after a day’s work, you’ll be able to enjoy all our hotel’s facilities. At meal times, you’ll have the choice between different types of dining (gourmet restaurant, menus served at the table or buffet, cocktails...), and you’ll also be able to enjoy the warm atmosphere of our bar. To relax, numerous leisure facilities are accessible such as our spa (with indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzi) and fitness suite.
